Twin Creeks Development is a master planned, multi-use development located just northwest of the city center
of the Rogue River Valley town of Central Point, just outside of Medford, Oregon. This 230 acre development
began in 2001 with initial home construction and extensive community involvement. The overall design calls
for 41 acres of parks and open spaces with another dozen acres set aside for schools and other civic uses. A
number of neighborhood parks are already in existence or planned, as are bike and jogging trails. A total of
1,500 residential dwellings will be included in the larger community in addition to retail and office space.
